Guest guest
Ah Zena, great to see you back! I am now going to be waiting to hear even more anxiously how your eval goes, as the AI issues are why I've been told I can't have a transplant. I wonder if y'alls system is more forgiving of having other diseases? Possibly your Doc's are more advanced or more willing to let you make your own decisions. I've been told time and again to quit asking because the answer will always be " no " . Mostly, I will be anxious to hear how you do, and if you get the news you are wanting. Stay strong and know that you're being prayed for every night. You made me laugh, because that is exactly what I tell people, that I got greedy with my AI diseases.....so it must be true, great minds think alike! Other times I tell people that God gave me more of them so that some other poor soul wouldn't have to deal with this mess. I am apparently just a little demented and simply refuse to let them all get me down. The Rheumy asked me yesterday (or rather, day before yesterday now) how I managed to keep being so cheerful and not become depressed. I told him that it's because when I wake up in the morning and realize that I'm still breathing, and I'm being given another day with my family, I say out loud, " God is good. Life is good " . And I go about my day. The rest is just all stuff..... Hugs, and best wishes to you Zena, loads of healing vibes and positive force are being sent your way.... Guest guest
It's funny really, I think the reason I manage to be up and positive most of the time is that I allow myself to be angry as well if I need to. I've made everyone on the resparitory ward laugh as I've decorated my O2 backpack! I've got alien bugs hanging off of it that my friend made specially for me. They're there to scare off all the other bugs! I'd like to get quite excited at going through the evaluation, but I know I can't as they can say no at any time up until they do actually say yes.> >> > > > Hi all, I'm going to do a Gwynne style reply, or I might be here all> > day.
