Guest guest
I posted a bit ago about the symptons I was having burning irritation, and what the treatment plan has been. Licoid cream 2x a day, anuasal vaginally, estragen coumpounded cream, and vagifem tablets every other night. For a time there things were getting better at least improving. Since Saturday I have had really bad itching. I am going crazy trying to fiugre this all out. Am i doing the right things? Is the itching s sign of improvment? I also have had a lot of brown spotting which I am sure is not helping. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Annie
Guest guest
The estrogen is causing bleeding/spotting. Call your doc for advice. You will no doubt have to either cut back one of the estrogens and then go back up slowly to see what your necessary dose is. The other thing is (and this continually happened to me) is that the estrogens could have given you yeast. If ur doc suspects that, please be sure to get a culture done identifying the strain so that you are sure to use the right meds to fix this. Often, though I found that if I stopped the estrogen overload and stopped sugar completely for two weeks or so - the yeast went away. You are safest calling your doc.
