Tom,

I saw a video from Dr. " Snuffy " Myers in which he

recommended a single estradiol patch. This is a skin patch, like

a band aid, that you put on the skin and it slowly releases

estradiol (pronounced ess-truh-DYE-all) which is an estrogen

hormone, through your skin and into your body. I think you

periodically (once a day maybe?) pull it off and put on a new

one.

Estradiol has a number of virtues. One is that it is itself an

anti-prostate cancer drug and the other is that it counteracts a

number of the side effects of testosterone loss.
