Gentlemen, Sam’s Clubs in many areas of the United States as well as Honolulu, Hawaii and Anchorage, Alaska will be offering FREE SCREENINGS that will include Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) testing and Thyroid-stimulating Hormone (TSH) testing. Participants will also be given standard BMI, blood pressure, and glucose tests. This event will occur ONLY on Saturday, June 11th, between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. in the pharmacy area of Sam’s Clubs.
