It's sold on lucy's kitchen > website but it does have some sucrose in it? Welcome Zora, On SCD, you must *always* make yogurt for at least 24 hours. Most of us average about 28 or so. 4 hours is not enough time for the bacteria to consume the lactose sugar in the milk - something that people not on the diet don't have to worry about. (4 hours is just the standard instructions.) Everything at Lucy's is legal on the diet. The sucrose also gets consumed by the bacteria during the yogurt making process.
