Guest guest
Joyce and Irene, Parts of your tales would be funny, except they AREN'T. It's a wonder anyone gets out of the BH alive, and it makes me furious that you both had to endure such needless abuse. Irene, I certainly hope you don't have to have surgery. I hope your pain is letting up. Joyce, I just hate that you're having headaches, and it makes me furious that you were treated so harshly and rudely. grrrr. We found out today that my mother has pneumonia. She also has Bronchiectasis, so this is not good. But they sent her home with meds, as opposed to hospitalizing her, thank goodness. Leanne, I can chat this Thursday night, if that works for the group. May, Babs, Zena, and others, I don't have nearly enough time or energy to do what I'm already trying to do, so I doubt that I'd be able to add an online book club to the mix. But I think it's a grand idea!! I agree with you that books help transport us to other worlds. We grow and learn so much from them... like travelling without ever leaving home! P, I'm sorry about your PH tests, but I'm glad that the Spiriva is helping. Your great attitude is always inspiring, and your honesty is appreciated. We learn so much from each other here. Kerry, I'll be cheering for you as you go through your tests. Sorry you're having to battle weather as well! Be safe and take care as you enter this new part of your journey. Peggy, Remind me... when are you going to another eye doctor? Soon, I hope. Sorry for the complications you're experiencing. The prayers will continue. I'm soooo envious about you getting to see MB and Leanne. What a ton of fun you'll have!! Bruce, My understanding is that I'll have regular bronchoscopies after transplant, with the number tapering off after a while if there are no complications. I've never had one before, nor the option to have one, for that matter. Judy, How many bronchoscopies or bronchoalveolar lavages have you had since transplant? I hope you're feeling stronger and can breathe better. I think of you often. Mama Sher, Any news today about your 02, or did I miss that? I'm eager for you to get started. Hugs to you. Guest guest
Gwynne Sorry about your mom and hope she's well soon. Sad thing is I've had very good hospital experiences. However, just seems the bad ones like Joyce and Irene are beyond comprehension. > > Joyce and Irene, > Parts of your tales would be funny, except they AREN'T. > It's a wonder anyone gets out of the BH alive, and > it makes me furious that you both had to endure > such needless abuse. Guest guest
Hi Gwynne, You know, I didn't realize I made the appointment with the new eye Dr. and did not pay one bit of attention to the date.. MAY 16.. Thats nuts. I am going to call again tomorrow and change that. I wasn't feeling to hot that day or I had a serious case of OD going on. And to think I was thinking it was next week.. BLOND. My eye just aches late in the day. I am always glad to close my eyes at night. Love and Prayers, Peggy ipf 6/04 Worry looks around. Sorry looks back, Faith looks up.
