Joann,

I took Accolate 20mg 2x a day for 3 weeks and didn't notice any difference.

I am now taking Singulair 1x a day at bedtime (on my 2nd week now)and I do

think it is working quite a bit. In the meantime I also take Zyretec 10mg 2x

a day , Cimetidine 200mg 3x a day and the following herbal/vitamin

supplements:-

1. Grapeseed extract 500mg a day (natural antihistamine)

2. Quercetin 2000mg a day " "

3. Pycnogenol 180mg a day " "

4. Fresh Freeze-Dried Nettles (Urtica dioica) 1200mg a day (natural

antihistamine)

5. Vitamin C 2000-4000mg a day.

6. Pantothenic Acid 1500 mg a day

7. L-Cysteine 2000-3000mg a day

8. Cats Claw 1000mg a day

9. Wobenzyme N (3-5 tablets before meals, natural anti-inflammitory)

10. Pancreatin Enzyme 1 1400mg before meals

11. MSM 10grams a day before breakfast.

12. L-Lysine 500mg 2x a day

13. Folic Acid 5mg 1x a day

14. B-Complex " 50 " 3x a day

15. Veg-Omega 3 ORGANIC FLAX OIL 4-6 grams a day min.

16. Evening Primrose Oil 500mg 3x a day.

I also inject pure Vitamin B-12 and folic acid every other week. I find that

this does help my hiving and energy levels. I believe there is some written

literature on this which can be found in Dr. Atkins' 'Vita-Nutrient

Solution' book. I also highly recommend this book if anyone wants to

familiarize themselves with vitamin and/or herbal supplements.

Cheers,
