Guest guest
Oh Bruce you have to much time on your hands. Get a puppy.. LOL... My brain could NEVER go there.. Love and Prayers, Peggy ipf 6/04 Worry looks around. Sorry looks back, Faith looks up. Yes, we do sort of forget. From Glasgow to Paris is 702 miles. By comparison, I'm 2100 miles from Sher, over 4000 miles from Jim, 970 miles from Leanne and 1425 miles from Irene. To cross from Miami to Seattle would be 3300 miles or San Diego to Portland, Maine would be 3150 miles. Our average driver puts in over 20,000 miles per year now. Just living in a Metropolitan area is huge on mileage. For instance, I lived 27 miles from my last job. So, just driving to and from work six days a week, 48 weeks per year (I wish that had been all) would have been 15,500 miles in stop and go traffic and typically if you take that at 20 mpg (high considering circumstances) and $3/gallon, that is $2325 per year just on gas. > > > > > > > > > > Here is your trivia for today, stuff you never wanted to > > > > know.....Our 15 year old daughter has been traveling alot with > > our > > > hi- > > > > school basketball teams (the boys travel, too) They were at a > > > tourney > > > > in Barrow last weekend. Guest guest
But I'm not blonde....lol. No, I think sometimes we just lose perspective as the US and Canada and Australia are such large countries compared to the European countries. In the US sometimes we lost it within states. I remember years ago online someone telling me and another because we lived in Florida we should eat lunch sometime. Only problem was I lived in Miami and she lived in ville. 5 1/2 hours each way is a bit much for lunch. > > > > > > > > > > > > Here is your trivia for today, stuff you never wanted to > > > > > know.....Our 15 year old daughter has been traveling alot > with > > > our > > > > hi- > > > > > school basketball teams (the boys travel, too) They were at a > > > > tourney > > > > > in Barrow last weekend.
