Guest guest
Kathie, your " sharing " story made me laugh! I have a similar story. I began collecting the Drew series when I was 10 or 11. By the time I was 16 I had a very large collection of them, and thoroughly enjoyed them all. My niece is 10 years younger than I am. When she was 12 (and I was 22) my Mom very cheerfully gave her ALL my Drew books! I was not happy about it and was told to be a grown-up. I was saving them for my daughter, who was 2 at the time. As it turned out, h never did care much about Drew. My niece is saving them for HER 2 year old...and I'm buying them all as I find them on Ebay or in stores....LOL! Yup, I'm 47 and I'm re-reading my Drew books! I just Loooovvve BOOKS! Keep us updated on the AZ trip (my older brother lives in Tucson) and remember to take pics and post 'em! Hugs!
