I have Gleason 9 disease also. I saw him in November and he has me on a regimen of ketoconazole. I wish I had gone to him 7 years ago when I was diagnosed. He is expensive and takes NO insurance. First visit is $2000. The Mediterrainian diet is a big part of his plan. No red meat, eggs, or dairy. Chicken, or fish are permitted. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
