Guest guest
Trawling through the lists I see only a handful of members on Zytiga. Is that a perception of mine over here in the 'boon docks' ? Has anyone had experience of using degarelix (Firmagon a LHRH-antagonist) instead of LHRH-agonist to manage raised LH induced by hormonal suppression [ see http://zytiga.co.uk/about-zytiga/clinical-pharmacology ] Or maybe DES if Firmagon is not tolerated ? How about MDV 3100? Is anyone using it along with abiraterone? My interest stems from the varied applications implied by this new drug, abiraterone / Zytiga. I also rtealiose it may make some men more tired than LHRH-analog alone. Strangely however, as someone who has always found LHRH-analog pretty intolerable, I haven't found Zytiga that much harder to bear. I am not saying it is a pic-nic, just observing the fortunate lack of additional side effect. Sam.
