I'm a new member scrambling for an overview of how to aggressively halt or

reverse the bad PSA numbers so that my loved one has a chance of getting a

better reading in 3 months.

Thank you for this link, Alan. As I was searching the archives, Georgia Sam's

posts struck me as especially noteworthy.

I'm raising kids, working, and trying to find prostate information.

I'm not sure I have time to read the whole book, but I'll try.

Can someone point me to an eating plan that you feel supports prostate health?

I'm leaning toward Esselstyn, Fuhrman, McDougall...

Are you altering your personal care products to the non-scent variety or

dropping them completely.

With breast cancer, the man-made scents are considered estrogenic.

Which of you has information regarding keeping the prostate and reversing the

PSA numbers?

I'll keep searching the archives too.

Thank you.
