As Director of Sexual and Reproductive Medicine Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Dr. Mulhall is very knowledgeable on the sexual difficulties of ED, specifically in relation to prostate cancer treatments.Dr. Mulhall has devoted much of his working life to studying and treating the sexual difficulties associated with prostate cancer and its therapy. Widely acknowledged as a world authority on sexual rehabilitation following treatment for prostate cancer, Dr. Mulhall has authored more than 150 papers in medical journals and numerous book chapters.Although it is difficult to discuss issues of sex life with your partner after post-treatment, Dr. Mulhall tackles the dilemma head-on in his book. It has become an excellent resource for men in recovery, by answering any and all questions about sexual function that men and their loved ones may have. Dr. Mulhall will be speaking on Saturday during the conference. There will be support groups for each ‘shade’ of blue which are assigned to different states of prostate cancer. Sky (low-risk), teal (intermediate-risk), azure (high-risk), indigo (relapse after local therapy) and royal (advanced), plus the additional common topics within the prostate cancer community.
