Summary of Survey results, re-formatted to HTML

Terry Herbert pointed out to me that not everyone can read a document in

Microsoft's .docx format. The summary of findings of the survey of online PCa

support group participants was in that format.

I've made a copy of it, reformatted to plain html. If you click on the link

below the summary should come up right in your browser. Hopefully that will

make it accessible to everyone.
