after reading caryn's response to my previous question on " disturbing behaviors

with mepron " , it sounds like the behaviors are actually from the zithromax. and

my son won't eat it anymore b/c it's so bitter (the liquid). so i have 2

reasons why i prefer not to use it. but in so many books and blogs i've read,

most prominent doctors will accompany mepron with z-max and they say it is to

prevent resistance. so does it have to be z-max or is there another drug that

can be taken with mepron to do the same job of preventing resistance? and how

do we know if the alternative works?

thanks :)
