What about using a binder, like charcoal or bentonite, 2-3 hours after and

before meds,

and make sure the bowels keep moving (like oxy powder, or magnesium citrate)

before bed?

after we restarted the mepron and zithromax, we saw the irrational behaviors

return. i'm confused as to why there was very good improvement the very first

time he took mepron and zithromax, and that we never saw the improvements again,

even after stopping and restarting the 2 meds. does this mean we have to add

another med, or raise the dose, or lower the dose, or just wait it out? and has

anyone had this relapse in behaviors and for how long?

We have done dozens of combinations of antibiotics and it was just this

particular combo that was particulRly bad. It seemed to flare strep and

Bartonella. Try adding augmentin or replacing Zithromax with augmentin. This

is what helped my son.

interesting book I have b een reading called liver and gallbladder cleanse says

that a toxic/congested liver can cause chemical sensativity, allergies, poor

digestion, off balance immune system and hundreds of other symptoms... we

started liver detox herbs (and about to try a liver cleanse) and we started

sleeping through the night (except of course before the moons darn it), and my

sons severe psychosis/rages are down like 80%. He is much clear headed, more

focused, happier.... I am going to keep looking for more ways to get and keep

the liver clean.... in the past 6 years of LLMD's killing stuff none of them

stressed keeping the liver working right....argh!

hey deb, have you noticed the oxypowder killing off the beneficial bacteria at

all? A well known doc told me to stop oxypowder because he said it killed the

good guys... the cholestyramine is still causeing the constipation/bloating and

gas for my son and have gone down to twice a week, but it doesnt seem to be

helping as well that infrequently.

deb, what detoxes are you using? Your right, the docs dont get it about the

liver, my son had become psychotic with all the meds and no one treating him

with binders or detox help at all, made him nuts!!!!! I feel so bad we put him

and our family through that hell, the treatments where def worse than the

origional symptoms.
