Hi Harold,

Steve Lyons here. I’m 71, PSA was 7.8, 4 of 12 cores positive, Gleason 8. My age, Gleason score and prior surgeries more or less ruled me out of surgery. I My urologist recommended IMRT and Hormone Therapy. After going into Boston and getting a 2nd opinion, I opted for the IMRT radiation and HT. I am now 2/3 of the way through 42 treatments and have had minimal side effects.

No, I was N0, M0 so nothing apparent outside the Prostate Capsule.
