Guest guest
Kari, Don't know if this will work for you with your psoriasis but the daughter of friends of ours had it so bad, including on the lower part of her face...they went to the Myrtle Beach for 2 weeks and Krissie swam every day in the ocean, when she came back she had absolutely NO signs of the psoriasis...she began using a combination of sea salt and water to bath with at least once a week, and if it started coming back her folks were take her near the ocean for 4/5 days. As an adult she no longer has signs of her psoriasis except on one arm near the elbow and when it starts showing up she uses the sea salt on that area alone. I have no idea if this will work for everyone but quite by accident they found it worked for her better than anything any of the drs. had been perscribing for years. Take Care. Guest guest
Your welcome Kari, I know the first time it worked for Krissie it was because she swam in it several times a day and hers was severe at the time. I hope it does work for you too and that it wasn't just a fluke in her case. Though 10 years later, as an adult, she still swears by it. Good luck. Guest guest
Really? Sea water? Interesting! I'll give it a try! Although Ocean Beach, by our house, is always much too cold to swim in....I can certainly make some seasalt water of my own. Thanks, Jody!
