What does the volume on the Pathology Report Mean?

Hi All, Two weeks ago I was dignosed with PC. Had a 12 needle biospy. On sample was positive for PC. Just received a copy of the pathology report today. One sample at the left apex adenocarcinoma involving approximately 10% of sampled tissue. Gleason 4+3. What does this mean? Is 10% good or bad? Thanks,Chuck D.
