Penis Clamp for Incontinence?

I had a radical prostatectomy almost 5 years ago. I'm generally continent, but

have leakage in two situations:

a) riding a bike (with " no-nose " saddle) for more than an hour, and

fast walks in the late afternoon.

I'm thinking about a penis clamp -- probably one of these two:

The clamp, in particular, has some brilliant features. It was designed

by someone who started by asking:

.. . . How can I clamp the urethra shut, and have minimal effect on blood flow

through the penis?

If anyone has experiences (good or bad) to share, I'd love to hear them. The

clamps aren't cheap.
