Sitting up with the DBB-Dinos shows off

Hi everybody!

Haven't been able to even read your postings lately, much less get the

time to write. Dinos has been sick for over three weeks with some

terrible upper respiratory thing. We've finally put him on

antibiotics; he now has fluid in his ears from the congestion and we

need to clear it up before we fly him back to the States to see Drs.

Feldman and Ponseti the second week of December. Anyway, the really

exciting news is that Dinos finally sat up!!! He never did roll over,

but three days ago I had him a bit propped up on a pillow to help with

his breathing and he suddenly just popped into a sitting position

without using his hands or elbows or anything. Showing off those

abdominal muscles, I guess, after all those months of lifting the

casts and the DBB. He's so thrilled with himself that he just sits up

all the time now with a big grin on his face. Other exciting news --

we're now on day six of our little " Houdino " not escaping from his

shoes.
