Guest guest
Hello all, I haven't posted in several days and mainly just wanted to tell everyone hello. My business trip to El Paso, TX went very well. I had a few bouts of nausea in the evening and some pain but nothing too bad. I went over to Juarez, Mexico twice and brought back a lot of goodies for family and friends. I came back Thursday with a cold and unfortunately my ear would not pop from the first flight going up. I still cannot hear well out of it. It is irritating but no longer painful. Unfortunately, my cold seems to be getting worse. My hubby went to the doctor on his own Wed and was told he has acute bronchitis. I knew he was sick when he went to the doc without me making him. Anyway, he is getting better and I'm hoping my cold does not turn into bronchitis. My GI's receptionist left a msg while I was out of town saying she wanted me to make an appt to come in. I called and asked why she wanted to see me and the girl said she thought it was to discuss my tests. I thought that I had already gotten the results to all tests and that everthing was fine. However, in looking through my records, I cannot find the results of the doppler ultrasound that they did on my abdomen to determine if I have enough blood flow in my stomach. I have been told that a decreased blood flow in your stomach can cause a lot of pain and can also lead to many problems in the stomach such as IBS, pancreatitis and so on. Anyway, I have an appointment with the GI on Monday afternoon. I'm just trying not to think about what she wants to talk to me about. Right now, I am still feeling much improved since the last " bad spell " in early September. I still have pain and it is the same pain as always, but it is more of a constant dull ache. I can take that and most of the time can manage to block it out. I am still taking the panokase with each meal. It really seems to help. One of the strange things I have noticed since taking the panokase is that I have not had any diarhea or constipation. Things just seem to move regularly. Sorry to talk about this, but I am wondering if this is just a coinsidense or if the panokase is really helping with the way I digest food. Hope everyone is having a good day. God bless,
Guest guest
Jen, It's good to hear all is well with your cervix. I had to have sonograms to check on my cervix up until 24 weeks, it was a nice thing because I got to see the baby more than usual, so that was a plus. We also took FOREVER to pick out a name and we are still going back and forth on it. Don't worry, she will eventually pick her own name out! It's funny how a name will just fit. Best of luck to you! ~Ann > I just wanted to let everyone know what is going on. I went to see a > Perinatologist in Omaha on Monday. Stick around and post to the group a lot; that will not only enrich *us*, it'll also pass the time for you. <grin> Blessings, Kris
