Personal message from Tami Duncan:Learn a simple way to muscle test right in your home! We will go over several different methods in an interactive online class where you will be able to fine tune and determine which method works best for you.

Muscle testing is an extremely valuable tool for determining if a food, supplement or medication is good for you at that time or not. Once you learn this skill your health can only improve as you will then be able to know that the foods and supplements you are taking (or giving your children) are best for you at that time. It will also save you money as you are able to weed out the things that are not good for you as well. It's win win! I hope to see you at the workshop!
