Diagnosed in April 2004 with Gleason 9 (4+5), I had 8 weeks of IMRT plus 15 months on Lupron+Casodex, then another 15 months on Lupron alone. No further treatments since Oct. of 2006. From that time to now my PSA has come back consistently in the 0.1 to 0.2 range. No sign of increasing. I'm happy with that! Wishing you all the best, Manny Subject: is there a way to know if your adt treatment is durable. To: ProstateCancerSupport Date: Monday, May 14, 2012, 10:17 AM I amy now in my 9th month of triple blockade. At my last PSA test I achieved a .005 reading. I am a gleason 4+5 and was wondering if there are any studies that show if you attain a PSA that is undetectable how durable the response will be.
