Guest guest
Hi Bianca, Grass fed meat is lower in fat, but we are not concerned about low fat, we want high fat. Butter from grass fed does have more nutrients, and tastes better though. Those also do not have the flavorings like regular butter. c > > Bianca > > If you are following GAPs or the Weston Price diet you will need to buy all organic and grassfed. Bee does not insist on all organic or all grassfed. She encourages us this way, but when first starting out she generally allows us to buy just natural, (a few things need to be organic like the coconut oil, and it is better if sometihngs are grasss fed, like the butter, but generally Bee is more laxed and her diet is much cheaper) > > Anyway, because I know you are feeding a family and chances are you are all doing the diet differently, they are in our house, I will simply post what I know in regards to the UK and food and supplements and from this you can take what you like and leave the rest > > Here is a GAPS/WESTON PRICE friendly food finder > > http://www.naturalfoodfinder.co.uk/ > > Love Joanne > >
