Guest guest
Hi,Joanne Yes,I'm quite stressed. There are more problems/drama to what I posted. I won't go into detail unless you wanted to know you could email me. The stress here contributes to more fatigue. I take care of the daily things(cleaning, phone calls, internet searches, cooking ect.) that need to get done as my husband works long hours. I'll call up the library to find out if they have those books. I need a new library card first before I could check out books. I plan on eating Sushi rice, chicken turkey,tuna/sardines,salmon,some pork and veggies(spinach, squash, tomato and pumpkin) and taking a supplement I already have here called Shakeology. I'm doing clean eating now which before was consuming all kinds of bad food. My addiction to bad foods is so severe I'll just focus on " clean eating " for now. I have taken shakeology before (shakeology.com and greenberry flavor) I felt had more energy and my weight was better. My baby doctor approves of shakeology during pregnancy and other women have already taken it throughout pregnancies. I have also been drinking some pasteurized medium pulp orange juice from grocery storres. I started clean eating today.I don't eat any fruit, except the orange juice and the sugar from Shakeology. Before today was rarely consuming fruit except orange juice. Guest guest
Hi Joanne I have a unopened 30 day supply of the shakeology. Would it be fine to just clean eat and take Shakeology 2 weeks then get on Bee? I feel so stuck and at a loss as part of me wants to start the Bee now and another wants to wait until after pregnancy(I'm afraid becaues of how delicate+healing reactions) I'm so sick!! Even though I ate horrible junk daily like mcdonalds(used to work there)and mostly wheat and processed stuff...Do some people get on the Bee after eating like that and in poor health? I'm not sure how uncommon it is to eat horrible junk all the time knowing you have really bad digestive problems... Anyway,I'm not sure the effects of Shakeology on me now but when I first took it for a few months it seemed to work ok,now I think maybe I'm not getting anything out of it. I'm still waiting on my debit card code to order supplements :/ Group, don't lose your card it really holds you up!! Thanks > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ÃÆ'‚ > > > > > My understanding of all this is that before the trauma, my diet was poor and I was exposed to many toxins, the worse one for me seems to be the electromagnetisom from computers, but frankly I am like all fibro folk and I do not cope well with any toxins. Guest guest
Hi ange, That sounds scary what you went through. I'm 24 almost 25. I took fiber supplements heavily daily for years. I've also been on a few prescriptions but haven't taken any in years. The one I took a few years was birth control. I have all my organs and never broke a bone.symptoms that I have have been going on daily for years with not 1 day I didn't have them. I'm currently pregnant-1st pregnancy. Im like 17 weeks , I've just started moving-going for walks at night. Even though I'm not working I have days I dont even do chores. I'm pushing myself to get a walk in everyday. Thanks > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ÃÆ'Æ'‚ÃÆ'‚ÂÂ > > > > > > My understanding of all this is that before the trauma, my diet was > >poor and I was exposed to many toxins, the worse one for me seems to be the > >electromagnetisom from computers, but frankly I am like all fibro folk and I do > >not cope well with any toxins. Guest guest
Hi ange, I'll make this short as I have my debit card activated and have online shopping/things I must do. I live with others whom I don't like and the stresss here is very bad. A family member,a parent I cannot talk to because of what I've been put through. Recent events- 2days ago no one got any sleep because she was screaming crying and ended up harming herself and police showed up after 1am. She's back here again. She's a very fake self centered person, everything always about her and she steals llies, and is very inconsiderate. Idid try to help here. There's usually yelling screaming crying, door slamming daily that lasts for hours,I'be been tired lately. The others 2 of them I also don't talk to they have bad hygiene and do drugs. They were mean to me for no reason,my only sibling and her husband. 3 of the ppl here have bad health from Ciggarets, pot and horrible foods. I can't control what comes sn goes out of heretheres tons of wheat and sweets. The rest of the 3 people,1 don't like just annoying loud slob, the other 2 I have good relatipnshop with.
