Supplements, water and cheaper foodstuff

Can anybody please advise where to get cheaper ingredients supplements in the

UK? And also, what water filters or systems do you recommend?

I am getting so confused about water - one place will say reverse osmosis is the

best, another will say RO kills plants and has no minerals and is bad so do use

a carbon filter instead, another say carbon filter is bad as doesn't take out

flouride or another contminants, and then say buy alkaline water, but then

alkaline water is only good short term and consuming that pH long term is

damaging.  So the solution/ spring water in plastic bottles (which are also

carcinogenic in the sun and expensive, bad for the environment) - but then also

subject to contamination at source.  So..... just been drnking tap water ATM

with spring water when can get. Not ideal - our tap water tastes AWFUL!

Supplements - things like cod liver oil, B vitamins, sprialina,

Foods - coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut flour, almond flour, honey,
