Hi Joanne,

Here view is seaweed is too high in iodine. I know mountain rose herbs has some

seaweed.

other vitamins and minerals whilst I am using the diet ketogenically. I am not

sure of Bees position on seaweed, it is not listed on her vegetables list. I

will try to read more about this over the weekend
