I hope this doesn`t come accross as offensive.If it does,i`m sorry.Just trying

to make a point. As someone, whose family goes back generations with premature

grey hair, and myself, going grey in my 20s,I do beleive nutrient absorbtion plays

a big role in health. After years of buying supplements for my autistic son, that

he could not absorb any better than the food he ate,i`m looking for easy to

absorb nutrients,and I think,homeopathic nutrients are the way to go.Now 47 I

have very little grey hair.less, since eating egg yolks,so I think, those are easy

to absorb.Zinc is another nutrient I think is very hard to absorb orally, and

homaopathic may be the way to go.Now,for the part that may seem

offensive.Bee,with all her advice, has totally white hair,if she was absorbing

nutrients well, her hair would not be totally white.I don`t beleive you can heal

your body to absrob nutrients correctly, without, homeopathy,a bowel transplant,or

stem cell therapy.Just my opinion, and no offense intended.Just years on autism

bio med groups and talking about how hard it is for the body to break down and

absorb nutrints.Again,i`m sorry,if that sounds offensive.

Hi Tina,

Yes, it can be difficult about minerals. The price foundation has an article

about that, as minerals affect other minerals. too much copper can affect zinc,

and could be why wheat always would mess up my face. Meat has more zinc, and can

be easier to digest if cooked slowly, and maybe use of HCA. Lightly cooked eggs,

may be easier. There are so many variables in all of this. Bee is, what 70 now,

and maybe it was too late for her to keep from graying. Some of my gray hair got

darker on the diet, but not all. I am 61. All of us have been affected by

chemicals, antibiotics, drugs, not enough nutrients, and not being able to

absorb them right. None of us, including Bee has all the answers. And even

supplements, we do not know how all these will affect, and interact with each

other, and with our health. seems basically, all of our post lately are how we

can get nutrients without having too many carbs, and not overwhelm our healing

by too much or too little of something. I am not offended by anything you are

saying.
