Guest guest
Hi Tina, I did notice when I first started the diet, I started coughing up a lot of mucus. at least I was able to get it up and get rid of it. Mucus is our bodies getting rid of toxins, and you will have much more if you have off diet foods, and the good foods will still cause mucus if you have toxins in your body still, or around ragweed or such. Have you tried sniffing oregano oil, or using sea salt in boiling water and sniffing it, or some hot ginger tea, or hot pepper. My sister is taking the supplements and changing her diet some, and she has a problem also with this. So we try a lot of different things, and not sure which helps the best. Some times she does all of them. Every morning after I drink my egg drink, my nose will start running some, and have to blow it, so whatever I have coming up is breaking up. I think eventually, all that mucus will not be as much of a problem, and now I seldom have much mucus(unless I get off the diet!!!) Slow cooing my meats, at low temps, seem like they digest better. Have you tried pureeing meat/liquid diet? I have never tried the HCA, but have used the apple cider vinegar, or the fresh lemon drink to add some acid. Have you marinated the meat before hand? I eat 2 or 3 servings of low carb vegetables a day, plus spices. Hope some of this helps, as all this is so common with most of us. C > > This is another thing I deal with.Bad when ragweed season hits.My biggest problem is I seem to produce a lot of mucus that clogs up my airways, and I can`t get it to break up.I know, many foods help produce mucus, and I have not been doing well, sticking to a diet, but, last night,i couldn`t find my inhaler and thought I was going to be sitting up all night.I did end up finding it. Guest guest
Hi Tina, I nearly forgot about this article-it says the same about mucus, and our bodies getting rid of toxins. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=allergies-sneezing-may-be-good-\ for-you C > > > > This is another thing I deal with.Bad when ragweed season hits.My biggest problem is I seem to produce a lot of mucus that clogs up my airways, and I can`t get it to break up. Guest guest
Great article ,Thanks for sharing.Just miserable to live with.Since childood, been dealing with this crap.Makes it hard to get anything done, when you can`t breath.Or it takes alot of effort,to breath.I have a deviated spetum, besides that.Had surgery, and when he took the packing out of my nose, for a moment,i could breath out of both sides, but,it didn`t last.I think,i`m worse, since the surgery. > > > > > > This is another thing I deal with.Bad when ragweed season hits.My biggest problem is I seem to produce a lot of mucus that clogs up my airways, and I can`t get it to break up. >
Guest guest
Hi Tina, Just reading this recently again. I have an overbite, and seems lately my tongue seems to have settled better in my mouth. I am trying to hold my head up straight and not tilt it forward. this also talks about the breathing and deviated septum. I do deep breathing at times, and seems to help. I breath better now through the nose during the day, but not sure at night. http://www.westonaprice.org/dentistry/mental-or-dental c > > Great article ,Thanks for sharing.Just miserable to live with.Since childood, been dealing with this crap.Makes it hard to get anything done, when you can`t breath.Or it takes alot of effort,to breath.I have a deviated spetum, besides that.Had surgery, and when he took the packing out of my nose, for a moment,i could breath out of both sides, but,it didn`t last.I think,i`m worse, since the surgery. >
Guest guest
Gret article ,thankyou.Has me worried,as Hayley, according to her dentist, has an overbite.Says her teeth will come in crowded, but, she is missing 4 teeth. When her baby teeth fall out, there is nothing there. They wanted me to send her to an orthadontist. When they wanted me to do that, she didn`t even have any of her permanant teeth yet. Now,she has maybe 3 or 4 of her front teeth.I thought,it was to early to talk to an orthadontist. The thought of the expensive, was killing me.First, they say her teeth will come in crowded, and than say,she is missing 4 teeth.Seems, this would solve the crowding problem?I don`t know,I don`t have any experience with the orthadontist. My other 2 kids do not have any issues, like this. > > >
Guest guest
Hi Tina, It may not be too late for her teeth to come in straighter if she gets absolutely top nutrition. Not sure those missing teeth will ever come in though. One of my legs is a bit crooked, and have knock knees(rickets?). I also had to have orthapetic shoes for a while when I was a kid. I would always wear my shoes out more on one side. When I saw the orthodontists and checked on braces, he sent me to a oral surgeon to follow up. He said braces would only help if I also had surgery to move my jaw. He as good as said, If I was you I would not do it, and I did not. There was nothing said about appliances to move the jaw, as they sometimes do now. Maybe I was not a candidate, or at that time was not using as much. c > > > > > > Hi Tina, > > > > Just reading this recently again. Guest guest
I have been giving her minerals. She has not had an xray,in about a year,so,maybe, they have come in.Who knows? If there is a dcevice that will move her jaw into place, maybe I should take her to the orthadontist.I had an appt, and I didn`t make it.That was months ago. > > > > > > > > > Hi Tina, > > > > > > Just reading this recently again. Guest guest
Hi Tina. I was mostly talking about A, D and B, e, lots of saturated fat, some moderate animal protein, low carb veggies, organ meat. Bee has the info on supplements for kids. You may be already doing all that. c > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Tina, > > > > > > > > Just reading this recently again.
