I must say that there are days where I almost don't eat carbs, but it is not regularly. I still have days where I am very hungry and carbs (vegetables) help me go through this phase. I still want to try this and just observe it when I have this hungry phases. After 8 months I never cheat and I don't feel the urge. I would say I eat by now between 15 and 35gr carbs a day. I don't remember if you eat 10 or 15 gr. I also vary with my protein/fat ratio. I don't always reach the 3.5 ratio. I vary between 2.5 and 3.5.
