Guest guest
This is another thing I deal with.Bad when ragweed season hits.My biggest problem is I seem to produce a lot of mucus that clogs up my airways, and I can`t get it to break up.I know, many foods help produce mucus, and I have not been doing well, sticking to a diet, but, last night,i couldn`t find my inhaler and thought I was going to be sitting up all night.I did end up finding it.For years I used the over the counter Primatine mist. That has been pulled off the shelves. The prescription, ones don`t seem to work as well. The advair works good, but,I can`t afford it.That is another problem for me eating meat, besides the fact that I don`t think I can digest it,it makes me produce a lot of mucus.Other foods like grains, dairy, chocolate, fried foods,I think,do the same.I did get some colostrum,to see if that would help.I think,I need to go off all these foods,to see if it helps.I`m not a big vegitable lover.I like meat,it just doens`t like me.Nothing is going to work, unless I stop eating foods that make me produce a lot of mucus. Then there is my airborn allergies.I do think the Gemmotherapy is helping with my airborn allergies. Not helping the asthma yet, but,i need to try harder with my diet.
