I still don't seem to be getting enough zinc though (based on the white lines on my nails) & I thought that broth would be good for zinc as well. This weekend I suddenly got very ill with a sinus infection w/ear pain, sore throat and body aches on Saturday night. I added 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to the broth and wow did I get better fast!
