Guest guest
While a few of you seem to be doing well,if you stay in ketosis, many on here seem to be not doing that well.I plan on exploring the possiblity, that I may have a genetic mutation, that makes it impossible to absorb and use folate.Another thing,is with the supplements we take, and weather or not they contain magnesium sterate. Some of the cheaper supplements contain this, and it isn`t good.Parasites in another thing to consider,if you eat correctly, but, still don`t seem to be getting any better.I think,Dr Neil Rawlins is worth listening to what he has to say,and even trying it.My friend with fuibro, was commenting,on how she felt great, for a week or so after giving birth. So,we were trying to figure out, why, that might be.A possibilty,is colostrum.Though a woman that just gave birth produces colostrum for her baby, does that constitute consuming it?I don`t know, but was reading about the benefits of colostrum, and it is good for pain, allergies, asthma.I did try it years ago, with my autistic son, but, did not use it long enough,to say if it did anything.Plus,he can`t give me any feedback,if he feels better or not.I think, good quality supplements are best. The cheap ones put fuillers in them, that we probably should not be consuming.Since B vitamins are anti stress vitamins and many of have lots of stress, and if we take B vitamins and still,we can`t deal with stress well, then, maybe, there is a possibility,we can`t use the folate we take in,due to a genetic mutation? From what I have been reading about folate,is it much like B12,hard for the body to use, what is being taken it.So,a blood test would be wortless,if it says you have adecuate amounts of folate, but the problem is,you can`t use what you have.
