I love the no heartburn, but the constipation is driving me crazy. Jen > One thing I can say is wonderful is the whole NO HEARTBURN thing!!! By this point last preg. I was awake every night and unable to lie down for the last two trimesters because of my heartburn. When I went to the doc on Wednesday he said I had lost 4 pounds from my last visit.. (I had been in the bathroom every hour for 2 days!!) I can't seem to find the right diet plan so I get enough protein and still enough fiber to stay regular. Before pregnancy it was easier.. but this is for the BIRDS!!
