Dear Emmanuel,

I must respond, since we have the same name. In 2004, I was treated for aggressive prostate cancer by external radiation (IMRT) plus hormonal therapy. I am alive and well today with no sign of the cancer returning, so far. I will keep healing thoughts in my heart for you.

By the way, one of my best friends in college (University of Michigan in U.S.A.) was Pralad C. Rajam, from Bombay (Mumbai?). Sadly, we lost him to kidney cancer.
