The book is now downloadable via your web browser. See /URL/ below. After you

have got your download in PDF format here is another suggestion.

Get the book printed and bound by a print-shop (e.g. " Staples " in the UK). Tell

them you want it printed as follows:

i). Black & white

ii). [ Exception may be fiddly: " illustrations " in color - perhaps ignore ]

iii). Print two pages per A4 side

iv). Print both sides of A4 paper to produce A5 end product *

v). Cut A4 >> A5, and

vi). Ring bound

* Note: this can be done on any printer using the Adobe Reader print-out

set-up options. However, as the book runs into about two hundred pages, home

printers tend to get pages stuck together going through the feeder more

frequently, and that messes up the page numbering. A print-shop will sort out

lost / stuck pages / page numbering and so on at no extra cost.
