Question about recommendation

Hello,

I had posted a while back about my son diagnosed with clubfeet

through ultrasound. I have received several responses and am

grateful for the information. I e-mailed Dr. Ponseti and he

responded that I should contact Dr. Herzenberg in MD. My question is

does anyone know why he would suggest Dr. Herzenberg over Drs.

Feldman and Von Bosse in NY. I live in NJ and the trip to NY would

be less time than the trip to MD although I will go wherever I need

to , including Iowa to get the care I feel best for my son. I would

appreciate any input form those who have experienced these doctors.

When I e-mailed Dr. Ponseti I did request info on the NY doctors and

never mentioned MD as an option. That is why I am curious about his

reply. I also e-mailed Dr. Feldman and Dr.Herzenberg, Dr.Herzenberg

contacted me that same day, I have yet to hear from Dr. Feldman, I am

curious about that also. Thanks for the help.
