Guest guest
I do not have citations ready for you but, if you do research, there is sufficient data out there to show that biopsies can effect the not only the prostate's performance but impotence. I can only presume that it arises from mechanical invasion of the gland. Realize it is being stabbed repeatedly during a biopsy and there is the risk of nerve damage as well as swelling etc. Rich L Green Bay, WI > > > > Hi,,,,I wonder if I can get any replys to this post? First I think of my self as cancer free, by what my urologist tells me although I dont really think he is doing that great of a job. Anyways my ejaculate has been thin and clear since my prostate biopsy over a year ago. My Dr said he didnt know what would cause this, he said it may be the proscar I am taking. I have not had a dre for over a year, I just assumed either my urologist or family dr would do one with out asking. Good luck to all thank you dan > > >
