About the hepatitis, I asked the allergist whether or not he thought I should be tested for it, especially since my hives started a few months after I came home from spending a year in a dorm in Israel (where hepatitis is rampant), and a fellow student who lived in the dorm with me had contracted hepatitis, and I never received the vaccine. His answer was: " if you would have it, we would know it by now, so don't bother getting tested. " I wonder if it's possible to have some mild form of hepatitis without knowing it? I'm asking you guys since I haven't found any medical professional who thinks that's a viable option.
