The aims of this survey include the following: * To learn more about how men adapt their sexual activities to prostate cancer treatments * To apply these findings to develop ways to help men overcome the side effects of prostate cancer therapy * To develop programs to help prostate cancer patients remain sexually active after prostate cancer treatment If you have been treated for prostate cancer, please click here to participate in this important survey www.prostatecancerandsexuality.net The survey is anonymous and should take between 20 and 30 minutes to complete.
