The NanoKnife® IRE System is not a knife, but rather a new .. . . use for nanotechnology that offers a treatment alternative .. . . that is potentially safer and has the promise of being more .. . . effective than existing therapies. Where's the " nanotechnology " ? What I see is an electro-cautery system using short current pulses.
