People who know me, know I don't put a lot of stake in a lot of the alternative therapies, but here is something that works for me. This is classic self-hypnosis at its best. Nah, it's a standard yoga relaxation exercise! We used to do this at the end of every session in my college yoga classes. Works really well, too!
