Hi Group,

Just got back from the lab with my 25 and a half months post IGRT PSA results. Down from 2.62 at end of August to 2.39 as of 2 days ago. Not as low as I had hoped but where PSA is concerned down is always good. FreePSA is up from0.2ng/ml to 0.3 - not sure of the significance of this but have a consultation with the Onco on Friday morning so will find out more then. Hopefully this drop will be enough to keep ADT out of the scenario! Testosterone has also fallen from 4.14 ng/ml to 3.07, this is outside the normal range and I have no idea why this should be happening - I'm beggining to think my testicles were zapped during radiation as well as my prostate! Anyone else had falling testosterone after radiation without any hormone therapy? I'm 51 and all else seems pretty OK. Low testosterone does explain my recently falling libido :-(
