I wonder if it's caused by a general "connective tissue disorder".

I have sore muscles in my biceps, shoulder blades and calves. If RA is attacking

the joints, wouldn't it be plausable that the stuff in between would hurt too?

OK, you mean muscle spasms? I can barely step down on my left heel most days because of RA and do sometimes have muscle spasms in my left arch.

I had a lot of weird symptoms before I started treatment, including night sweats and

some sort of weird shaking spells in the evenings. Anyone have muscle pain below their shoulder blades?

Doc says it's lach of potassium but it does not help.

My doc said it was lack of calcium.

I guess this is why it is the "practice" of medicine.
