Dear Shirley,

Oh what a relief to know that you are still here, at home in the group

where you belong! I'm sorry if I scared you, but the information I read

looked as if you were unsubscribing, and I'd be so sad if you left this

group. We need you Shirley! As always, you remain in my thoughts, and

prayers for a successful surgery in Dec. Everybody loves you, and you are a

source of inspiration for me, so I'm just really relieved that I was

mistaken, now if I can contact Carole, and find out for sure that she's not

leaving! I pray not. I love both of you guys, and would miss seeing your

posts here. Sorry that your arm is still giving you a fit. Have the doctors

determined that it is defintely phlebitis (sp.) ? I hop[e that arm heals

soon Shirley! Take good care of yourself! :)

Your Pancreas Friend,

Henry

Dear Henry, thanks for asking if I am leaving. It is so nice to know that

someone cares if you stay or go. You are a gift to our group Henry. Thanks

for being you. I am hoping and praying for you to come out of your surgery a

new man. When you are having a tough time just remember that I am with you.

I am sure we all will be with you. We love you Henry. Just think it won't

be long now and it will all be over. Your surgery will be behind you. I am

eager to have mine and get it behind me. I hope that after my surgery I am a

new person. I have been handicapped since 1973. I have to have a wheel

chair when I leave my house. I can't walk very far or stand very long. Just

to take my shower with my shower stool makes me so tired. After my shower I

have to rest for a while before I move on to style my hair or get dressed.

So you see Henry I am hoping for so many good things to happen to me when I

have the surgery. Eat, No Pain, Walk, Stand, Maybe no wheel chair, Go out to

eat with my family, Eat with my family on Holidays, Shop till I drop, Take

trips. Oh Henry if this surgery works for me I will praise God all day long.

Your friend, Shirley
