XL 184 Call and Update

I tried to listen from the Atlanta airport.

The best I could glean from the call is:

 

- The current PH II trial is continuing to recruit and possibly an additional 120 participants

- The current PH II trial has been changed to remove the arm that was stopping the medication after 12 weeks.

The reason is the disease began to progress right away. She might have said after 40 days, it was a little confusing.

- A new PH III is being designed and discussed with the FDA and they are hoping to launch before the year is over.

 

I'd be curious to know if anyone knows of a site where an ADV PCa patient does NOT have to have organ involvement?

I was told by Dr. in Boston and a local Oncs office in KC that this was a requirement of the current trial:
