Guest guest
Hi I have been reading all the posts but don't have that much time at the moment. I am hoping that you all start having better weather soon, although that is a double edged sword, as it will start getting cooler here. We don't get snow so I shan't complain. , sorry to read about Kailin having juvinile arthritis, it seems that you are always having something new thrown at you, but you are coping. Good for you. You don't lie down and let it defeat you, you seem to go at it with full force arming yourself with as much knowledge as possible. Letting older children look after younger siblings. There is a 4 year gap between my 2 and they love looking after each other. Ainslie enjoys me asking her to watch Connor whilst I'm busy doing something else. She has recently begun reading to him and they really enjoy it. Connor gets asked to help make Ainslie eat her breakfast faster, this he enjoys but she hates. Getting them to do things together and for each other can only help strengthen their sibling bond. I hope. Ainslie has begun not eating her lunch a school but having enzymes or eating lunch but not enzymes. We have had a problem with eating breakfast, taking far too long to eat, but that had been resolved and now lunch is the issue. We do all the reward type scenarios with her but that only works if it is something she dearly wants. The school is great with everything to do with her cf but there is a different teacher on lunch duty every day, so it is difficult to remind them all to watch her eat lunch. I will yet again find some " bribe " that will work. I never thought that I would be having to reward my child " bribe " to eat. The latest on Connor, he is doing great and the plaster comes off on the 23rd March. A funny side effect is that he feel cuddles so he has begun lifting my tops and putting his head on my bare stomach. Quite cute until his hands go a wandering. Hope you are well Terri from Hobart mum to Ainslie 7 wcf and Connor no cf
