Guest guest
The " Shape of Sleep " is also a very good pillow for neck problems. I just had my therapist check my neck position today while using the pillow and he says it keeps my head in a good neutral position. Guest guest
Hi Bev: You might want to be careful about using both a neck collar AND the orthopedic pillow together because both of them would add support - you don't want to overdo it and throw your neck out. The pillow is basically hollow or concave in the middle; one length of the pillow is a little less " stuffed " than the other. This is so that you can pick which level of support fits your neck. I use the less stuffed side because my neck is not that big and the fatter side is uncomfortable. Babs RA 8/98, DX 4/99, AP 11/99 200 mg. Minocin 112 mcg. Synthroid 2 mg. Hytrin 10 mg. Lipitor Mestinon Vits. & Misc. Suplmts.
