Following to my yesterday's post.

I'm afraid I've misread your question.

Although the list I posted on Oct 12 referred only to sugar, not to

carbohidrates in general, I would like to highlight (sorry I considered it

implied) that in a proper diet all **refined carbohidrates should be avoided

for a better health. For instance, whole-bread has nothing to do with

refined flour-bread. The most nutritious part of grains is left out in

refined flours. Whole-food diet is the right one.
